Post On Screen Pro 1.0 has been released. Put text and images on top of your other windows.

You can choose:

Font
Font color or gradient
Outline size
Outline color or gradient
Animation (rotation of colors speed) for gradients
Transparency/Translucency
Background image (jpg, png)
Switch between multiple text (left/right when showing)

Excel sheet on top of other windows

Sheet Viewer, a software to view Excel sheets above your other windows has been released.

You need to select:

The file to open (xslx, xls, csv)
The sheet to view
The top left and bottom right cells to view
Whether you want the file to be reloaded on changed and being notified or not
If the sheet should be on top of other windows
The transparency/translucency of the sheet
